Why Weight classes for town’s residents

Edenbridge residents have a unique opportunity to get into shape when a free, weight loss programme
comes to the town. Why Weight is a free weight loss programme and classes will run every Tuesday
morning starting from 14 September from 10.30am to 12noon for the next 12 weeks. The programme will be
held at Edenbridge Leisure Centre. The course aims to encourage those people who have at least two stone to
lose to take control of their lifestyle by balancing a healthy diet with regular exercise. Each Why Weight
session includes a 30 minute, motivational exercise class for all fitness levels, weekly weigh-ins and nutrition
advice. Throughout the programme, the Why Weight nutritionist will offer support and motivation to help
participants to manage their weight effectively. The successful Why Weight programme has been running in
Sevenoaks District for over two years with groups held in Sevenoaks, Swanley and Westerham. The programme has
